Falak is currently pursuing an LLB from Sultan Ul Uloom College, and has won 20 national and 22 international championships so far. She has participated in the Commonwealth Karate Championship 2022 in 68kg Senior Female Individual category. She cites her sister as a support system. She practices six days a week, working on sparring and footwork. Although she does not wear the hijab during her training, she believes that is a very important aspect of her personality and believes that it is not a hindrance to her career.
