Son: Are you sure? I don’t think so.
Mom: Yes, my dear. It will happen for sure.
Son: Tell me, how is that possible? We buried grandma one year ago. Her body must have decayed. And you are saying we will meet her in the Hereafter.
Mom: Why do you doubt? Let me ask you. Where were you 10 years back?
Son: Come on Mom. You only said that I was in your womb before being born.
Mom: But that was only for 9 months and a few days. Before that?
Son: Well….I don’t know. Maybe, I was nothing.
Mom : There you are. You were nothing and the Almighty created you.
Son: That’s true but…
Mom: No buts. If the Creator can create you out of nothing, he can recreate you, Grandma, and everyone who died. No buts. If the Creator can create you out of nothing, he can recreate you, Grandma, and everyone who died.
Son: Ya, that makes sense. But Mom, how can God reward or punish people? How can He keep anaccount of all the actions of every individual who lived on this Earth?
Mom: Why not? Go and bring that USB.
(Son brings the USB and gives to Mom)
Mom: How big is this USB?
Son: Very small
Mom: Ya, there are even smaller ones than this. But how much data does it store?
Son: That’s the wonder of science. It stores a lot and a lot.
Mom: No, my dear. It is the wonder of our Creator’s power. Imagine, if He can create mankind with the skill that enabled him to invent this device to store so much data and hold it with your fingertips, do you think it is impossible for Him to keep an account of whatever we do anywhere at any time?
Son: Ya, so amazing. Now it makes sense. The Hereafter will definitely be there. Mom, you are great. You are such a wonderful teacher.
