Most parents understand the value of establishing a consistent bedtime routine for young children, yet few adults have regular bedtime routines that set them up for a good night’s sleep. So, a regular time to sleep and wake up is very essential for healthy sleep .There are many devices available in the market today that can tell you how much sleep you get to have every night, what level of deep sleep you get, what percentage of sleep you get etc. The third is medical treatment. This includes getting treatment from doctors and various medicines. A separate department has been set up by the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies to conduct regular research and keep introducing new medicines on the subject. The fact is that this problem has taken the form of a complete industry.
As specified by experts, sleep deprivation is mainly related to lifestyle issues. Causes of insomnia include stress in daily activities, work load in the workplace and at home etc. People bring work stress to their homes and likewise their home problems to their workplace, a condition that can lead the way for sleep disorders and stress because of which they lose their peace of mind. On the other hand, physical stress is also a problem. Getting stuck in traffic, related issues etc. The third reason includes eating habits. It is also a major cause of insomnia. Electronics like mobiles, TVs and computers are said to be the root causes of blue light. By keeping ourselves busy late into the night with apps and scrolling, we are creating natural changes in our circadian rhythm and sleep cycle, sleeping late at night and getting up late in the morning, which not only deprives one of complete sleep but also from doing chores in the day properly.
