I am doing a Masters in Sociology at the Centre for the Study of Social Systems, JNU and I completed my Bachelors in BA Sociology (Hons) from Miranda House, University of Delhi.
Masters Masters in a discipline is about mastering the fundamentals of the discipline. The degree can be considered a path towards pursuing further research in the field. Although the qualification required for most competitive exams, especially in government service, is a Bachelors degree, a Masters provides you with more opportunities.
CUET CUET is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The qualification required is a Bachelors degree with minimum 55% marks and has no age limit.

University spaces

Central universities like Jawaharlal Nehru University and Delhi University provide the best department and faculties for the discipline, which are perfect academic spaces with the best professors, library, reputation, placement and exposure. Admissions to these Universities are based on CUET and marks in graduation and intermediate classes have nothing to do with it. It’s highly competitive as these exams are held at the pan India level. Choosing an institution is as important as the course, particularly if you want to do research.
