The myth which needs to be broken with skill development is that you are either born with the skills or not. We often hear born leaders, born speakers, and natural communicators. We should never believe in the myth – skills can’t be learned.

This era is all about being competent and competitive. You should understand that we can solve every problem with the right approach to communication. Teamwork plays a very important role in every field. You must focus on your behaviour and working in a team. Learn to be supportive, encouraging, and a motivator. Developing leadership skills makes anyone stand out from the crowd. Learn to lead a team and acquire the skills to motivate your team. The most important skill every youth must develop is being creative and imaginative. In the time of artificial intelligence, one must be able to use his/her creativity and imagination to explore opportunities.
