World Smile Day is celebrated every year on the first Friday of October. The date of World Smile Day this year is Friday, October 4. “Share a Smile” is this year’s theme, which invites individuals to use small acts of positivity and delight to spread love and joy. This day was initiated by the man who created the well-known smiley face, Harvey Ball, to promote compassion and make people smile. The day’s primary objective is to gently remind everyone to strive to smile more often because it makes them feel good and may even make other people smile.
